mills boulevard. maybe some lanes closed. eastbound white marsh area, and accident in the nottingham region. philadelphia road, we have a break.ater main continued closures on madison street and the j.f.x. france to guilford avenue. you up to date on some of our live cameras. southbound traffic looks pretty t.od and the roads are we this is 295 with southbound delays down towards 32. i will keep you posted on the accidents in owings mills and

the nottingham region. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> police are investigating a double shooting in northwest baltimore. it happened just before 10:00 p.m. last night. no word on the conditions of the victims. no word as to who shot a man in north baltimore on sunday night. the victim is in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the head. police are still looking for the men who attacked a taco bell store manager. the victim was identified as gary graham. he was shot several times in the parking lot early on sunday morning and remains in critical condition.

>> a baltimore city police officer is under investigation. kim dacey joins us live with the latest on the investigation. good morning. >> good morning. officer elliott simon has been suspended without pay. police are not saying when the alleged contact took place. it was reported to them over the weekend. anthony batts described 39- year-old simon as a 13-year veteran. they received a complaint against simon alleging he had assaulted a female. in a news conference yesterday, commissioners batts would not take any questions about the case. police are not releasing any details about the investigation except that simon was on duty at the time of the alleged assault. he has been suspended and there is an internal investigation. >> this agency is committed to keeping people accountable for

misconduct. i have no tolerance for misconduct or officers that violate the public's trust. >> 11 news was unable to reach officer simon for comment. kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> thank you. police confirmed the brawl that broke out at a flea market was a gang related. police brandon quinet and allen lull jr. got into a fight with members of a rival biker gang on sunday. each victim was taken to a hospital after being pounded with a rubber mallet. he is expected to recover. >> crews worked to repair yet another water main break at madison and guilford avenue s. nearby

businesses experienced lower water pressure. the guilford off ramp from the j.f.x. remains closed this morning. there's there was water promise for frank and square hospital because of another water main break. >> the main puppeteer is on leave of absence this morning. kevin clash is accused of having a relationship with a 16-year- old boy. the accuser made the allegations back in june. clashed says he is sad and the accuser is trying to characterize the relationship other than what it was. the claims were found to be

>> overnight, leon panetta announced the general john allen is under investigation. the pentagon discovered 30,000 pages of females that were called potentially inappropriate between allen and jill kelley. she said she was harassed by anonymous e-mail, later traced back to paula broadwell. that uncovered an affair between paula broadwell and david petraeus. david petraeus resigned. >> to have that access, i took that privilege very seriously. >> he is still on the job for now. the fbi conducted a search of paula broadwell's home.
